Minister Kevin Hooper

Kevin Hooper is a native of Idaho with the honor of ministering to the congregation in which he grew up, and where his grandfather and great-grandfather were also ministers.  He has seven children and has been married to Elise for 26 years; the same number of years he has been in full-time ministry.  He attained a BA in Christian Ministry from Austin Graduate School of Theology and has served as a Youth Minister in Boise, an Associate Minister in Salt Lake City, and has now served as Minister in Midvale and Weiser for 12.5 years.  He loves reading, hiking, harvesting firewood, playing board games with his family, watching movies, playing basketball, and drinking strong coffee. He also loves good dad jokes!  His favorite verse is Psalm 133:1, "Behold how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity.
